They're created on the fly by DinnerGenerator — built around whatever ingredients a real person happened to have in their fridge on a Tuesday night. Nobody has ever photographed a plate of Smoky Bone Broth Sipping Soup with Seasoned Croutons because, until someone made it from their own kitchen with what they had on hand, it simply didn't exist.
That's why the food images here are AI-generated. We asked Cloudflare's image AI to imagine what each dish might look like — the same way we imagine what dinner could be before we make it. It's not a workaround or a shortcut; it's genuinely the only honest approach. There's no stock photo for a recipe that was invented for you.
We think that's a feature, not a limitation. The image is a starting point for your imagination, not a promise of perfection. Your version might look different — and if it tastes great, that's the whole point. Chef DinGen's real job isn't to produce beautiful food photos. It's to cure dinner boredom, one fridge at a time.
